Oracle Cloud HCM Integration Lead

We are currently looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Integration Lead to join our team in Alexandria, VA (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in delivering integration solutions within Oracle Cloud HCM environments. As the Integration Lead, you will be responsible for managing integration workstreams and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other technologies such as SOAP/REST, SFTP, XSLT, SQL, and Cloud Integration tools will be crucial in this role.

As the Oracle Cloud HCM Integration Lead, your key responsibilities will include leading and managing integration workstreams for large-scale implementations, designing end-to-end integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM and third-party systems using OIC, collaborating with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, developing integrations using various tools like SOAP & REST APIs, FBDI file uploads, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, OTBI reports, among others. You will also be expected to troubleshoot integration issues and provide regular status updates to project leadership.

The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations with a minimum of 3-5 years in a Lead role. Strong hands-on experience with OIC and expertise in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI reports are essential. Additionally, solid understanding of SOAP/REST web services, SFTP, XSLT, SQL is required. Excellent leadership skills along with exceptional communication abilities are necessary to guide technical teams effectively and interact with stakeholders.
