We are currently seeking individuals for the position of Manager - Quality at our NABH-accredited hospital in Varanasi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum qualification of MBA or MHA and possess 4-5 years of experience working in any NABH accredited Hospital. As part of our quality management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our hospital maintains compliance with regulatory standards and delivers exceptional care to all patients.
As the Manager - Quality, your responsibilities will include overseeing quality assurance programs, conducting audits, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance overall quality performance. You will collaborate with various departments within the hospital to develop policies and procedures that promote best practices and adherence to quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for training staff members on quality initiatives and ensuring that they are consistently followed throughout the organization.
