We are currently looking for a meticulous and dedicated Senior Program Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our team as an Asp.Net + Mssql Support specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Responsibilities include creating Jira tickets for reported issues, testing application fixes/changes, addressing user queries via email, coordinating with vendors for escalations and issue resolution, reconciling data between applications while generating detailed reports on mismatches and errors.
The successful candidate must demonstrate proficiency in using tools such as Jira, MS SQL, ASP.Net Core, C#, along with knowledge of SharePoint as an added advantage. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is required. The role demands someone who can handle escalated technical issues efficiently by providing advanced support for complex problems and ensuring timely resolutions. Additionally, conducting root cause analysis for recurring issues and collaborating closely with development teams to address software bugs are essential responsibilities.
