We are currently seeking an Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship program as an "HR Recruitment Intern." The main responsibilities of this role include supporting the Recruitment Process by assisting in sourcing candidates, coordinating interview schedules, and contributing to Mass-Recruitment initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources while working alongside seasoned professionals.

Ideal candidates for this internship are final year students from any related field of study who are passionate about Recruiting and Human Resources, particularly in Recruitment. Knowledge of psychological testing tools would be advantageous, along with strong communication skills and an open-minded approach. The internship will be based in Sudirman, South Jakarta, with a hybrid working arrangement to provide flexibility and convenience.
