Ads Specialist

We are currently hiring an Ads Specialist to join our team at NASA Advertising Jakarta. As an Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your role will involve creating, monitoring, and analyzing ad performance to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advertising strategies to reach target audiences
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling ad copies and visuals
- Set up and manage ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations
- Analyze campaign data to generate insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, and analytics
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising

Qualifications:
- Diploma's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proficiency in English language
- Good attitude & Tech Savvy
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital agency or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong team collaboration and self-management skills
