We are urgently hiring for the position of Investor Relations Manager. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any major and be no older than 35 years old. They should also have at least 4 years of working experience in Audit, Financial Analysis (FA), Investment Banking Division, Investor Relations in Firms (financial consulting company) or Investment Banks. The candidate must have experience in Fund Raising Projects and regular communications with Directors/Investors. Fluency in English is required for both speaking and writing.
As an Investor Relations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing investor relations strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and shareholders
- Preparing financial reports, presentations, and other investor-related materials
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities
- Organizing investor meetings, conferences, and events
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
- Providing timely updates on company performance to investors
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the financial industry. Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
