As a Financial Controller, you will be a pivotal part of the Dublin HQ, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around overseeing financial reporting and accounting functions, leading teams, and implementing best practices to ensure financial processes run seamlessly and contribute to the company's continued growth.
You will:
Lead, motivate, and manage finance teams, overseeing external statutory reporting, management reporting, compliance coordination, and financial control.
Maintain the company's system of accounts, manage all company transactions and assets, and lead month-end, group reporting, and single entity audit processes.
Oversee end-to-end processes for monthly and quarterly reporting.
Effectively communicate key financial judgements to senior stakeholders, supporting business and transaction decisions.
Collaborate with internal departments through the commercial Deal Team process to optimise commercial and financial outcomes.
Experience:
Qualified ACA/ACCA accountant with strong US GAAP knowledge
Excellent people leader with experience managing teams
Strong understanding of the key financial and commercial drivers of the company.
Excellent interpersonal skills
