**Job Description:**
As the Project Director for Global Price & Access at EVERSANA, you will play a pivotal role within the NAVLIN ecosystem by developing new capabilities that support pharmaceutical companies in launching medicines worldwide through market access and pricing data solutions. The focus will be on creating new KPI metrics and reporting dashboards to meet evolving customer needs using both internal and external data sources. Ideally based in London (UK), this role involves collaborating across pricing software, data analytics, and engaging with customers to drive innovative product offerings tailored to complex market demands.

The successful candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly within pricing/market access, coupled with expertise in B2B software/data product development. Working closely with a team of 200+ professionals serving 100+ customers globally, you will lead projects that optimize price and access decisions while enhancing reporting dashboards based on client requirements. This position offers opportunities for engagement in broader consulting projects and new product development initiatives focused on pricing strategies.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with customers to define price and access challenges
- Lead solution projects optimizing price decisions
- Develop reporting dashboards as per client needs
- Manage execution of product roadmap
- Translate customer requirements into product functionalities
- Prioritize agile release backlog
- Implement requirements with software/data teams
- Assist in various project planning activities related to pricing

**Qualifications:**

- MBA or Advanced Degree in Economics or Health Policy preferred
- Significant (3+) years of experience in pharmaceutical price & market access desired

Key Job Requirements:
  • Significant (3+) years of experience in pharmaceutical price and market access
  • Experience working in or with the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within pricing/market access
  • Experience in developing B2B software/data products
  • An MBA or Advanced Degree in Economics, Health Policy or other relevant area of study could be a significant plus
  • Good understanding of Business Intelligence visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, HighCharts and Qlik Sense is a plus
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint & Word skills
