Reporting to the VP Finance, this role is responsible for managing a team of two-three qualified accountants.
Key Responsibilities:
Management, review and challenge of accurate and timely reporting of monthly management accounts
Managing/input into stakeholder relationships including the parent company, auditors, advisors and joint venture partners
Input into deal team meetings and transaction approval papers
Forward looking reporting and analysis, including on technical accounting issues
Management, review and challenge of the preparation of annual financial statements
Ensuring effectiveness, accuracy, implementation and adherence to SOx controls
Key Requirements:
Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA) with 2+ years PQE
Aircraft leasing experience is desirable but not essential
Top 10 practice trained
Strong communication skills
Team player mentality
