We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior PMO to lead and support the execution of a global digital transformation program for a key client in the travel industry.

As the Senior PMO, your responsibilities will include managing and overseeing the digital transformation program to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives. You will define and implement PMO methodologies, standards, and best practices while creating and managing dashboards, reports, and presentations for project monitoring and stakeholder communication. Additionally, you will handle risk and issues by identifying and implementing corrective actions, provide guidance and mentorship to project managers, coordinate resources and vendors to ensure collaboration and alignment, expertly use ClickUp for project management, team collaboration, and reporting purposes. Your role will also involve contributing to the evolution of the PMO function by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in PMO roles focusing on Global Digital Transformation projects. Significant experience in the travel sector with knowledge of industry dynamics is essential. Profound knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile is required along with solid experience using ClickUp for managing complex projects. Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role. Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred along with fluency in English and willingness to travel within the EU.
