The Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include identifying target audiences, tailoring messaging for effective engagement, managing internal and external communications, overseeing public relations efforts, and ensuring consistency in brand voice across all platforms. Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate with Human Capital to align internal messaging with company culture and values while actively driving communication with an innovative perspective.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with proven experience in communications or public relations, preferably in a managerial capacity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills to motivate teams towards achieving organizational objectives, adaptability to dynamic work environments, strong analytical abilities to assess communication effectiveness, and exceptional communication skills with attention to detail. A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is required along with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
