Job Description
Join us as a Learning and Development Tech Specialist at DDD, where you will be instrumental in enhancing the skills of our Associates in cutting-edge technologies such as AI, machine learning, and digital services. Working closely with our Operations team, your primary focus will be to evaluate skill levels, deliver interactive training sessions, and ensure that our workforce remains competitive on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as an L&D Tech Specialist include conducting technical skills assessments to identify training needs accurately. You will design and implement engaging training programs that cater to diverse learning styles. Additionally, you will create compelling learning materials like manuals, case studies, and exercises to facilitate effective knowledge transfer. Monitoring the impact of training initiatives on performance improvement will also be part of your role. To stay ahead of industry trends, you must continuously research emerging technologies and incorporate them into our learning curriculum.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field along with over 4 years of experience in teaching technical skills or working in middle management roles. Strong competencies in BPO process enhancement and training program development are essential for success in this position.
