We are currently seeking a skilled Learning and Development Technical Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the technical skills of our Associates in AI, machine learning, and digital services. Collaborating closely with our Operations team, you will assess skill gaps, design engaging training programs, and ensure that our workforce remains competitive on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical skills assessments to identify training needs within the organization.
- Design and deliver interactive training programs tailored to enhance employees' technical competencies.
- Develop compelling learning materials such as manuals, case studies, and exercises to support the training initiatives.
- Monitor the impact of training programs on performance improvement metrics.
- Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and incorporate them into our learning curriculum for continuous upskilling.
To qualify for this position, you should hold a degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field. Additionally, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in teaching technical skills or middle management roles. Strong expertise in BPO process improvement and training development will be key assets for success in this role.
