We are seeking a Project Manager to join our global team and support our efforts in achieving project targets efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
As the Project Manager at EcoPlanet Bamboo, you will collaborate with corporate and in-country teams to oversee global project activities. Your responsibilities will include managing project priorities, milestones, and deliverables across operations. You will assist in developing Annual Plans of Operation (APO) for each project and ensure progress tracking against set goals. Working closely with in-country teams, you will conduct quality checks and audits to verify compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Additionally, you will be responsible for producing operational reports for external stakeholders and creating internal policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor’s or Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Forestry or related field with at least 10 years of experience focusing on project management. Experience working in agricultural or forestry settings is desirable. Strong attention to detail is crucial along with excellent communication skills to engage with diverse teams effectively. Proficiency in Excel for building complex spreadsheets is required while experience with data visualization tools would be advantageous. Travel availability up to 8 weeks per quarter is necessary.
