We are currently seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of our programs.

As the M&E Officer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing M&E frameworks that enable us to track program performance and impact accurately. Your key responsibilities will include developing M&E frameworks, systems, and tools; establishing clear indicators for measuring progress towards project objectives; leading data collection and analysis efforts; preparing high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders; and supporting program teams to integrate M&E into project planning effectively.

To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field. A Master's degree would be advantageous. Additionally, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience in M&E, research, or program evaluation within the nonprofit or development sector. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SPSS, STATA, Power BI, or Excel is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are also crucial for success.
