We are currently seeking a Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Specialist to join our team remotely in Kenya. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the collection, storage, and analysis of performance data from HHS-funded programs. This includes conducting in-depth analysis to identify trends and best practices in minority health programs, as well as developing data visualizations and dashboards to track program performance towards health equity goals. Additionally, the role involves leading evaluations of HHS projects using various methodologies to assess effectiveness and impact.

The successful candidate will play a key role in synthesizing evaluation findings and lessons learned to inform program enhancement, policy development, and knowledge sharing within HHS and across the field of minority health. Strong communication skills are essential for preparing high-quality reports for stakeholders, developing communication materials to share findings effectively, and engaging with various stakeholders including community organizations, healthcare providers, and representatives from minority populations. A Bachelor's degree in public health or related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
