Communication Consultants

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking experienced Communication Consultants to join our team for various assignments in countries within the region.

As a Communication Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of communication campaigns for Framework Contracts (FWCs) on behalf of the EIB. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed implementation plans, establishing effective working processes with local teams and stakeholders, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring timely campaign delivery. You will be tasked with organizing press conferences, events, workshops, managing media outreach activities, monitoring communication initiatives, and building strategic partnerships with NGOs or influencers.

The ideal candidate should hold a university degree in journalism, communication, social science or related fields. Fluency in English and proficiency in the main language spoken in the assigned country are essential requirements. Additionally, candidates should have at least 8 years of professional experience in communication services, with a minimum of 5 years spent working within the country of assignment. Experience in developing and executing communication campaigns, managing multimedia production, and delivering services for international organizations or public institutions will be highly valued.

• 8 years of professional experience in communication services, including 5 years in the country of the assignment
• 4 years of experience in developing and implementing communication campaigns
• Experience in the delivery of communication services for international organisations (EU, UN, IFIs) or public institutions
• University degree in journalism, communication, social science or an academic equivalent
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in the main language spoken in the country of the assignment
