We are currently looking for a skilled Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Consultant to join our team in Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing MEL frameworks, supporting proposal development, and delivering high-quality technical inputs for donor-funded programs. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to drive locally driven impactful solutions that align with Panagora's mission.

As the MEL Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical inputs for MEL-focused proposals by writing sections, designing evaluation frameworks, and developing technical strategies. You will also support proposal development efforts through research, drafting, and reviewing technical components. Additionally, you will design and implement quantitative and qualitative evaluation methodologies, including data collection tools, data analysis plans, and evaluation reports. Your expertise in performance monitoring will be crucial in indicator development, data quality assessments (DQAs), and performance management plans (PMPs). Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence in project delivery is another key aspect of this role.
