Advocacy and Communication Advisor – Make way project (National Volunteer)

We are currently seeking an Advocacy and Communication Advisor for the Make Way project in Kenya. This role will involve leading communication efforts by developing impactful content, managing media relations, and enhancing brand visibility. Responsibilities include writing, editing, graphic design, basic photography, social media management, website content creation, and storytelling to document success stories and support donor communications. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in graphic design, social media management, website content creation, and strategic advocacy communication.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, Journalism, Broadcast Media or Business Administration. Desirable skills include expertise in multicultural communication, writing/editing/photography experience in project communications and donor communication proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite graphic design CMS website management analytics tools strong Microsoft Office skills ability to tailor messages in English and Swahili knowledge of sexual and reproductive health is an asset.
