We are currently seeking a skilled Head of Data Analytics for one of our clients who will be responsible for leading a team in converting intricate data sets into actionable insights. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced analytics leader to shape data strategy and promote data-driven decision-making within the organization.
As the Head of Data Analytics, you will oversee the design and execution of data infrastructure, analytics solutions, and reporting systems. Managing a team comprising data engineers, analysts, and project managers, you will drive initiatives to transform raw data into valuable insights that inform business strategies and decisions. Your expertise will be crucial in developing core datasets, creating efficient data models, ensuring data integrity across all functions, optimizing reporting systems, and automating data pipelines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to integrate data-driven insights into operational workflows effectively.
We invite qualified candidates with at least 8 years of professional experience in data analytics and a proven track record in leading teams to apply for this position. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields is required, along with advanced certifications in Data Science or Engineering being advantageous. Proficiency in database management systems like AWS Redshift and MySQL, ETL tools such as Alteryx and Dataiku, as well as visualization tools like Tableau are necessary. Strong leadership skills coupled with effective communication abilities are key requirements for this role.
