We are currently seeking a Sales Manager who is a motivated and well-organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all Horeca Sales activities while ensuring the achievement of set sales targets. This role involves developing sales plans, monitoring performance, reviewing key performance indicators, and collaborating closely with Trade Marketing to effectively communicate information about new products and services to the sales-force teams.
As the Sales Manager, you will be tasked with developing and ensuring implementation of policies for the Horeca Sales Department in line with TFIC's Policies and Procedures. You will review contract terms, assign sales targets for Sales Supervisors, monitor operational risks, ensure compliance with international quality standards and regulations, oversee manpower planning, conduct performance appraisals, and provide regular reports summarizing departmental activities.
