As the Maintenance Manager - Utilities, your responsibilities will include overseeing the maintenance of ammonia plant equipment such as compressors, heat exchangers, and refrigeration systems. You will be responsible for enhancing and developing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan. Additionally, you will monitor utility consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
In this role, you will support the enhancement and development of spare parts management strategies based on equipment criticality to ensure uptime while maintaining a minimum possible spare parts inventory. You will also lead a team of utility technicians and operators by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Ideal candidates for this position should have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in utility systems maintenance, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
