Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, hands-on service delivery, platform governance, onboarding processes, continuous improvement efforts, technical team coordination, operational excellence drive, change management support, user adoption facilitation, and digital enablement advocacy.

To excel in this role at CorpGlobal Consulting within the European Commission setting in Brussels, you should possess over 15 years of experience in IT Project/Service Management with at least 5 years dedicated to M365 environments. Additionally, having proven certifications in Project & Service Management is essential along with expertise in Microsoft 365 applications, automation tools implementation, governance practices enforcement, stakeholder engagement strategies development. Proficiency in English (C1) and working knowledge of French (B1+) are required to effectively communicate with stakeholders across various levels.
