We are currently seeking a talented PR & Communications Manager to join our team and lead both internal and external communications efforts. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our brand identity and engaging with our community. The ideal candidate is a creative and well-connected individual who can navigate diverse responsibilities and stakeholders effectively. Thriving in our fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication plans for Cinch while driving growth through relationship-building activities.

Key responsibilities of the PR & Communications Manager include creating and executing communication strategies for both B2C and B2B audiences, collaborating with company leadership to secure impactful branding opportunities, building relationships with various stakeholders including journalists and influencers, managing communication channels across different platforms, planning events such as press conferences and product launches, as well as drafting compelling content like press releases and blog posts with SEO optimization in mind.

To excel in this role, candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in integrated marketing communications either within an agency or in-house setting. Strong storytelling abilities along with excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Additionally, proficiency in social media management, community engagement, event planning, and SEO is required. A strategic thinker with a solution-driven mindset who holds a Bachelor's degree in communications or related field would be an ideal fit for this position.
