As a Business Analyst focusing on insurance claims and CRM solutions, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes and requirements to support the development of effective solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of BA experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the insurance industry, particularly in the claims domain. Proficiency in Mandarin or Chinese language is essential for effective communication with stakeholders. Additionally, some experience in project management to assist Project Managers in execution is required. A willingness to travel to client sites based on project needs is also necessary.

Experience with D365 CRM is considered a plus but not mandatory for this role.
