As an Assistant Supervisor at Inter Island Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring top-tier customer service, and upholding quality standards. Your responsibilities will include supervising front-of-house & back-of-house staff, assisting in training and scheduling, monitoring customer service standards, overseeing daily operations such as inventory management and stock rotation, ensuring compliance with hygiene & safety regulations, financial management support, as well as event coordination & promotional activities. Flexibility to travel to other outlets may be required based on operational needs.
The ideal candidate for this role should have previous experience in a supervisory capacity within the F&B industry, strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, proficient communication skills in English & Malay, knowledge of food safety regulations, and basic understanding of financial management principles.
