The Role
Responsible to work closely with the country, commercial and Functional Teams across the regions and ensure the alignment of the financial and commercial strategies.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance teams within the region. Develop and oversee the implementation of financial strategies, plans, and budgets for the region.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and provide insights into financial performance.
Manage client contracts – reconcile deferred and accrued revenue and third-party contract costs.
Identify and assess financial risks within the region and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Ensure the accuracy of reporting of financial performance, focus on the compliance matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s) or professional certification (CPA, CMA) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis.
Candidate from Industrial Automation / Oil & Energy / Engineering / Machinery industry will be an added advantage.
Must have regional SEA exposure.
Must have leadership skill / good people management skills.
Must be able to travel across the regions as and when needed to.
