We are seeking a Director of Implementation - Strategy & Impact to lead professional development initiatives and enhance the impact of our programs. This role involves overseeing the design and execution of social and emotional learning curricula, community organizing, operational management, communications, partnerships, and internal collaboration. Working closely with key department leaders on special projects is essential for scaling impact and improving the educator experience within our programs.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in developing adult programs, delivering training in educational settings, coaching trainers/educators, designing engaging training content for diverse learners, and utilizing adult learning principles effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is required. A commitment to SHP's vision and values is essential. The salary range for this position is $93,000-$103,000 with competitive benefits including unlimited PTO, flexible schedules, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k match, professional development stipend, wellness & mental health support, employer-paid life insurance/disability/EAP,and more.
