We are currently looking to fill the position of Personal Assistant (Accounting Background) for a prominent construction company based in Ikoyi, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and highly organized female professional with a background in accounting. This role will involve providing executive-level administrative and financial support to ensure smooth daily operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to an executive in the construction industry.
- Manage financial records, budgets, and expense reports efficiently.
- Prepare and review financial documents such as invoices and reconciliations.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements effectively.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Minimum HND in Accounting (Upper Credit).
- Possession of ICAN or ACCA certification is an added advantage.
- Maximum age of 33 years.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with impeccable time-management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with clear communication capabilities.
- Previous experience in the construction industry would be beneficial.
