We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Director to join our team. As the Director, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing our strategic vision while driving business growth and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include leading business development efforts, cultivating executive-level client relationships, overseeing financial performance, and building a high-performing team of consultants.

The ideal candidate for this role will have 10-15 years of leadership experience in GRC or professional services, with a proven track record of scaling consulting businesses. A background in a Big 4 firm is strongly preferred, along with an MBA or equivalent professional qualification. You should possess a deep understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and demonstrate exceptional communication skills as well as the ability to drive client engagement and profitability.
