Cost Controller

Accor is seeking a Cost Controller to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing costs within our hospitality operations, ensuring that budgets are adhered to and identifying areas for cost savings. They will work closely with the finance team to provide accurate financial information for decision-making processes. Responsibilities include preparing regular reports on cost variances, conducting audits of expenses, and collaborating with department heads to develop cost-saving strategies.

• 3+ years of experience in cost control or financial analysis within the hospitality industry
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting

• - Strong analytical skills
• - Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
