We are currently seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to join our team in Oman. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating purchasing activities within the food & beverage department in alignment with hotel procedures and budgets. You will lead interviews for departmental candidates alongside Human Resources and ensure job descriptions are prepared accordingly. Monitoring operating expenses, overseeing work schedules, and participating in budgeting activities will also be key responsibilities of this position.

As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will play a crucial role in training and developing the department's team to uphold operational standards. Maintaining a visible presence during operational hours is essential to ensure smooth flow within food & beverage operations. You will lead by example in fostering a solution-oriented work environment that motivates employees to deliver exceptional service consistently. Additionally, driving performance through coaching sessions, performance appraisals, and regular feedback discussions will be part of your daily routine.
