We are currently seeking a Revenue Manager to join our team in Oman. In this role, you will lead strategic planning and collaborate with all hotel profit generation teams to drive incremental profit for Rooms, Restaurants, Spas, and other revenue streams. You will be responsible for creating short- and long-term forecasts that optimize pricing and yielding tactics. Additionally, you will actively participate in ownership conversations and presentations while monitoring economic, market, and competitive indicators to derive insight-led profit generation strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Revenue Manager, along with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics. Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills are essential for this role. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are also required to effectively communicate the Total Hotel Profit Optimization vision and foster Revenue Management Culture within the organization. Proficiency in systems such as Opera, Excel, Word, iDeas, and other relevant tools is preferred.
