We are currently seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will report directly to the Chairman of the Board of Directors. The primary purpose of this role is to oversee executive management in alignment with laws, regulations, and company policies set by the Board of Directors. As the CEO, you will be responsible for directing all functions within the Company, including Business Strategy & Development, Marketing, Asset and Liability Management, and Finances. Your leadership will focus on achieving long-term goals, growth, profitability, and return on investment.
Key deliverables for this role include managing company financing effectively, preparing operational guidelines, ensuring efficient procedures are in place and followed diligently. You will lead the annual planning process for various activities upon approval by the Board of Directors. Additionally, effective management of human capital towards achieving company objectives is crucial. Building sustainable relationships with stakeholders and regulatory bodies is also a key responsibility to ensure compliance with regulations while stimulating organic business growth.
The ideal candidate should possess a graduate degree in Business Administration or Finance (preferred), along with 15+ years' experience in financial sectors within the MENA region. Professional qualifications such as CFA or ACCA are desired. Strong leadership skills, knowledge of financial products/services, excellent communication abilities in Arabic & English, negotiation skills, problem-solving capabilities are essential for success in this role.
