As the Head of Operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing production operations to meet quality, productivity, and financial targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering policies, with a focus on Lean principles to drive operational efficiency. Ensuring product quality assurance and compliance with customer requirements will be key aspects of your role, along with maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards within the organization.

In addition to managing inventory, production planning, and operational coordination across departments, you will lead and develop staff through training, appraisals, and motivation initiatives. Your expertise in overseeing Navision system operations for production and inventory management will be essential in streamlining processes and enhancing overall efficiency. Furthermore, maintaining machines, jigs, and plant equipment to ensure optimal efficiency will be a critical part of your responsibilities as the Head of Operations at AJYAL HR Solutions & Services.
