Head of Manufacturing - Oman

As the Head of Production/Manufacturing, you will be responsible for supervising all operations and maintenance activities across various production units such as Dairy, edible oil filling, Feed Mill, Poultry Slaughter plant, and plastic packaging plant. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficiency, quality control, compliance with regulations, and fostering innovation within the manufacturing process. Aligning manufacturing processes with organizational objectives is key to achieving operational excellence and profitability.

Your duties will include developing and executing operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and meet production targets across all units. Standardizing processes and implementing best practices will ensure consistency in quality and compliance throughout our facilities. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives like lean manufacturing, Six Sigma practices, and Industry 4.0 solutions to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; an MBA would be advantageous. With at least 15 years of experience managing diverse production units and maintenance functions in industries such as FMCG or food production, you should have expertise in lean manufacturing principles, quality management techniques, and modern maintenance practices. Strong leadership skills coupled with problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this position.
