Goodman Masson are exclusively partnering with an international shipping company based in Muscat, Oman. They currently require a new Group Finance Director to join them on a permanent basis. Responsibilities include managing the financial actions of the company, developing internal documents and policies, creating a financial strategy tied to the overall group strategy, developing relationships with banks and investors, ensuring accuracy of financial statements, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with government entities, fundraising, collaborating with banks, and a well-established network within various government ministries and financial organizations in the GCC region.

- 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles
- Experience managing a team of finance professionals
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards
