As a Recreation Agent at Hotel Indigo, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing engaging recreational activities for guests of all ages. Your role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere in the recreation area while encouraging guest participation in various activities. You will interact with guests professionally to provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships. Managing inventory and equipment efficiently to ensure all necessary resources are available for activities is crucial. Additionally, you will allocate budgets effectively to promote revenue-generating activities through marketing strategies.

Continuous assessment of guest satisfaction and seeking feedback for improvement is essential in enhancing their experience. Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-maintained recreation area while adhering to safety protocols is paramount. Collaboration with other departments to meet guest needs efficiently is also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in Recreation Management or related field along with at least 3 years of experience within luxury hotels or well-established brands. Experience in planning recreational activities for diverse groups is necessary, especially involving children. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, effective budget management skills are key attributes required for success.
