We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our team at Ibis Styles Ruwi in Oman. As the General Manager, you will be the face of the property, driving engagement, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence while exceeding financial targets and positioning the property in the premium, midscale, or economy marketplace.

In this role, you will serve as the primary strategic business leader, ensuring exceptional hotel operations that prioritize customer satisfaction for guests, employees, corporate partners, and owners. Your responsibilities will include enhancing RevPar through effective management of diverse sales channels, inspiring the team with the Heartist spirit, maintaining high standards in accommodation & catering offerings, upholding labor relations and safety regulations, and representing Accor and the hotel owner in all relevant matters. You will bring your proven experience in the hospitality industry along with strong leadership qualities such as organizational skills, communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
