As an F&B Guest Relation (Arabic Speaking), you will play a crucial role in delivering quality service and upholding exceptional standards in our restaurant. Your main responsibility will be to meet and greet all guests warmly, ensuring that they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. You will be responsible for preparing the restaurant for opening, escorting guests to their tables, taking reservations, and addressing any guest requests or complaints promptly and effectively.

To excel in this role, you must have a demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties in a manner that reflects positively on our hotel and brand. You should also possess a food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local regulations. Additionally, proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication with guests and colleagues. A High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field would be beneficial.
