We are currently seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our F&B team at this exquisite resort. The primary responsibility of this role is to be adaptable and available for any shift assigned by the Outlet while upholding company service standards.

As a Waiter/Waitress at Jumeirah Muscat Bay Resort, your duties will include embodying the Jumeirah Hallmarks consistently, following payroll procedures diligently, providing guests with an expertly served dining experience in line with their preferences before they express them. You will also be responsible for serving food and beverages discreetly yet professionally; familiarizing yourself with beverage service details such as stemware used and appropriate garnishes; completing opening/closing side work promptly; presenting menus clearly; utilizing the hotel's computer system efficiently for sales transactions; handling various tasks like table setting/resetting and tray-carrying with finesse; addressing guest concerns promptly by involving managers when necessary; recognizing potential disruptive guests; responding appropriately during emergencies or safety situations; among other assigned duties.
