As a Sales Manager at MAN Energy Solutions Oman, you will play a pivotal role in defining targets and achieving order intake for the assigned region and product range. Your responsibilities will include supporting growth strategies through budget quotations, order intake management, revenue generation, customer visits, and follow-up on payments. You will be tasked with acquiring new customers using a systematic approach while ensuring compliance with general terms and conditions. Building strong customer relationships from prospecting to closing deals will be essential, along with negotiating contracts and service agreements. Additionally, you will develop marketing plans, oversee sales budgets, coordinate regionally between customers/agents and headquarters, and gather market intelligence on competitors' activities and project opportunities.
