As a Concierge at Mandarin Oriental Muscat, your primary responsibility will be to ensure complete guest satisfaction by providing information and services that meet and exceed our residents' expectations. Working collaboratively with all departments, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to both guests and residents, whether they are on-site or elsewhere. Maintaining Mandarin Oriental's grooming standards, following standard operating procedures, and assisting residents with various services related to their apartments will be key aspects of your role.

To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and administrative proficiency. Comfortable with shift work, including nights, you should have a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities as well as external dining options and attractions in Muscat. Your passion for delivering top-notch service combined with fluency in English (additional language skills are advantageous) will set you apart as an ideal candidate for this role.
