As the Director of Revenue, you will play a crucial role in driving top-line revenue strategies and shaping the hotel's strategic business direction. You will be responsible for maximizing revenue and market share performance by managing channels, forecasting demand, overseeing inventory management, and analyzing market opportunities. Working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and hotel operations colleagues, you will identify future revenue opportunities and develop effective strategies to achieve business goals.

In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring that all corporate and hotel policies are communicated effectively to colleagues. Upholding the MOHG Code of Conduct is essential in all business activities and decisions. Additionally, you will support the Mandarin Oriental People and Culture Strategic Policy by prioritizing colleague learning and development activities. By updating training matrices, job descriptions, and career development plans for your department, you will ensure that colleagues' growth needs are met through the MO Profile online system.
