As a Reservation Agent at Mandarin Oriental, Muscat, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless reservations processes and exceptional guest service. Your responsibilities include understanding and adhering to all corporate and hotel policies, as well as complying with the MOHG Code of Conduct. It is essential that you fully support all learning and development activities while safeguarding stored information and maintaining confidentiality. Additionally, you will be responsible for selling rooms via telephone or correspondence, ensuring accurate data entry, and possessing comprehensive knowledge of rates, room types, and the hotel's primary competition.

In the Reservations department, you will carry out daily operations efficiently by keying in reservations accurately and responding to incoming inquiries promptly and professionally. You will also be tasked with downloading external reservation systems such as GDS and SynXis. Prior to VIP arrivals, you must check lists diligently to ensure all relevant information is documented accordingly. It is imperative that you support Mandarin Oriental's Safe, Sound, Sustainable policies while upholding the brand's zero-tolerance policy on harassment or discrimination.
