As a Revenue Manager at Movenpick, you will lead strategic planning efforts and collaborate with various profit generation teams within the hotel. Your primary focus will be to drive incremental profit for Rooms, Restaurants, Spas, and other revenue streams. By effectively communicating a Total Hotel Profit Optimization vision to property leaders and instilling a Revenue Management Culture throughout the organization, you will play a key role in optimizing profits using analytics, technologies, processes, tools, and training programs.

In this role, you will create short- and long-term forecasts to make informed decisions on pricing and yielding tactics. You will actively participate in ownership conversations and presentations while monitoring economic indicators to derive insight-led profit generation strategies. Additionally, you will maximize room revenue contribution by managing inventory across booking channels and implementing pricing strategies congruent with demand factors. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a Revenue Manager along with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance or Mathematics. Excellent analytical skills, organizational abilities, communication proficiency are essential for success in this role. Experience with Opera, Excel, Word, iDeas or similar systems is preferred.
