We are currently looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Waiters / Stewards / Guest Service Associates. As a Waiter / Steward / Guest Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include warmly greeting guests, accurately taking food and beverage orders, assisting with menu selections, and ensuring that tables are impeccably set up and maintained. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery while addressing any guest queries or special requests promptly and efficiently. Upholding hygiene standards and compliance with company policies and health regulations will be essential aspects of your role.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Management or a Diploma in Hotel Management, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience in hotels or restaurants. Strong interpersonal skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, flexibility to work shifts and weekends, as well as possessing a valid passport for Zoom interviews are mandatory requirements.
