As a Senior Manager IT at QNB Oman, you will play a crucial role in administering and safeguarding IT operations to meet business needs effectively. Your responsibilities include implementing KPIs and best practices for your role, leading day-to-day activities within the IT data center for the branch, supervising IT vendors responsible for maintaining systems and networks, collaborating with architects and analysts on software development initiatives, training users, managing resources efficiently for cost optimization, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, developing yearly budgets for projects, overseeing quality assurance processes, and maintaining strong relationships with internal departments.
