To excel as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Six Senses Zighy Bay, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management within a full-service outlet or similar environment. A degree in Hospitality Management or some college education is preferred. Additionally, you must hold alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permits as required by local authorities. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential for effective communication within our international team. The ability to live in remote locations for extended periods on single status is also necessary for this role.
