As a Demi Chef De Partie at Six Senses, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include preparing various food items for cooking using different kitchen equipment while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will be in charge of checking incoming produce for quality assurance and adherence to specifications. Additionally, you will assist in controlling operational costs to maximize profitability and uphold Six Senses' guidelines for service excellence.

To excel in this position, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with 2-4 years of kitchen experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting. A hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized institution is preferred. Proficiency in using broiler equipment, knowledge of meat and fish cookery techniques, excellent knife skills, and understanding of the farm-to-table concept are essential. You should also have alcohol awareness certification or a valid health/food handler card as required by local regulations.
